“重学术”“个性化”是深国预19年来的办学积淀，早已融进深国预的血液里，铸成了一道精神坐标。随着深国预·思楷生命科学研究中心的成立，深国预的科创教育被推上了新的高度，学术氛围也愈发浓厚。学校开展了一系列学术活动，比如生命科学讲座、DNA手环制作等。

"Emphasis on academics" and "individualization" are the essence of SIFC"s 19-year school-running, which has long been integrated into the core of SIFC, forming a spiritual coordinate. Life Science Lecture

“我们现在投资两个项目，煤电厂的投资收益是6%，光伏电站的投资收益只有4%，你会做哪种投资？”

“我们手上有20万，可以选择买一辆电动汽车，或者买同档次的油车，你会怎么选择？”

上周，带着这两个问题，清华大学物理学及经济学双学士、香港科技大学环境经济学博士Rafeal Lau教授为深国预同学们开展了生命科学专题讲座。他引导同学们在不同的背景和语境下对相同问题进行反复地思考。随着跨学科知识储备的增加、学术视野的开阔，学生对于这两个问题的答案始终在变化。

长期从事低碳社区能源与大湾区环境发展研究工作的刘教授，以“气候变化风险带来的挑战及应对措施”为切入点，调动政治、地理、商业等跨学科理论知识，进行生动形象的互动展示，极大程度上激发了同学们对生命科学的浓厚兴趣和丰富的想象。

讲座的最后，当同学们重新回答开头问题的时候，他们的思维已经由商业与利益导向转为可持续发展导向。

“如果同学们没有对气候变化具备正确的了解和认知，他们所做的选择往往是从自身利益和权益出发，忽略经济发展对于环境所造成的破坏。” Rafeal Lau教授如是说。

他们在经历思维碰撞后达成共识——缓解气候变化，需要政府、企业及个人三方的共同努力，才能有效地为未来人类的可持续发展形成积极的推进作用。这一天是意义非凡的，伴随着交叉学科的拓展，逻辑思维的训练、深邃思想的交流与融合，生命科学的非凡魅力植根在每位同学的心中。

体验基因手环制作

犹如置身Class A级实验室，所见之处是各种各样摆放整齐的实验器材和装置，传来一阵阵老师和同学们热切讨论的声音。

同学们正在开展题为“基因手环制作”的体验式学习，在老师的指导下，完成DNA提取等分子试验操作的主要环节，对生命科学实验安全规范，常见的分子生物学实验仪器和操作流程均有了亲历与了解。

大多数学生是动觉学习者，这是他们的天性，他们喜欢在学习的过程中能够移动、触碰一些东西或者亲自参与动手制作。这些动手参与的活动将知识性与娱乐性结合起来，寓教于乐，让学生们在了解科学与技术的同时启迪思维，探索自己的独特闪光点。

早在1938年，杜威发表的《经验与教育》中，他就曾总结当时已进行20余年的进步主义教育实践，提出告诫：“新教育的道路并不是一条比老路容易走的道路，相反，新教育的道路是一条更艰辛和更困难的道路。新教育的未来最大的危险是由于人们认为新教育是一条容易走的道路。” 唤醒每个学生的科创潜能，探索与创新相结合的国际教育，正是深国预孜孜不倦地寻求的顺应时代发展的、助力学生发展成“全人”的个性化教育机制。

随着ChatGPT为首的人工智能技术的出现，“记忆力好”等传统教育赋予学生的优势已经变得越来越不突出。创造力、想象力是人类特有的能力，可以帮助人类构想出全新的事物与场景，帮助人类产出新的发明。这是我们希望借着“生命科学”等前沿学科，让学生明白的道理。只有我们不断学习，掌握跨学科融合思维、提高解决问题的能力、发挥想象与创造、关注人类与世界的命运，才能形成独一无二的赖以生存的竞争力，积淀下不会被人工智能取代的能力。
