教学工作指导

2022年10月14日，罗湖区教科院周湘主任率领中学各学科教研员到我校进行教学视导。邓登江总校长、刘燕玲校长率学校管理干部全程陪同。

On October 14, 2022, Director Zhou Xiang of Luohu District Academy of Educational Sciences led the teaching and research staff of various disciplines of the middle school to our school for teaching inspection.

各学科教研员深入课堂，近距离、多角度地全面了解课堂教学实际情况，了解班级课堂教学常规，并认真细致的做课堂观察记录。

The teaching and research staff of each discipline go deep into the classroom to gain a close and multi-angle comprehensive understanding of the actual situation of classroom teaching.

课后，各学科教研员分别与授课教师、学科组长面对面进行深入的交流探讨。教研员结合新课标要求，从课堂管理、教学过程、教学评价等方面逐一点评，对教学过程中表现出的亮点给与肯定，对教学中需要改进的地方提出了宝贵建议，同时针对教学设计、作业设计、讲练结合等方面给予了专业的指导和帮助，让各位老师收获满满。

The teaching and research staff conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with teachers and the subject group leaders .

随后，召开了集中反馈会议。各学科教研员，根据视导实际情况，进行集中反馈。视导小组充分肯定了各学科教师的专业素养，认为学校教学常规管理工作认真务实，同时对视导中发现的问题也提出了相应的改进意见。

邓登江总校长表示，感谢教科院对学校的指导和帮助，本次视导工作为学校今后工作指明了方向，学校将根据视导组的建议，进一步优化教学管理，弥补不足，使学校教学质量再迈一个新台阶！

The visual guide group fully affirmed the professional quality of teachers in various disciplines, and believed that the school"s teaching routine management work was serious and pragmatic.

教学视导指明方向，规范引领促进提高。我校将以此次视导为契机，逐一落实领导、专家们的建议，深化学科教研，推动教师专业化发展；深挖教育内涵，促进学生全面发展。
